Rimcrest is a mid-century modern community designed by architects Harold A. Carlson and Leroy Rose and built in 1967. The community is located on nearly 12 acres of hillside land on the Southridge hill (where Bob Hope’s former home still sits), and offers panoramic views of the Coachella Valley. Rimcrest has 51 units, each of which is ~1600 sq/ft and offers 2 bedrooms plus a den and 2 baths. In addition to million dollar views over the valley, Rimcrest offers two community pools and three spas located around on the hill. There is a 30 day minimum rental rule at Rimcrest.
