Elan

Elan is a new community of modern homes in South Palm Springs that  features 56 single-family detached homes and 25 townhomes, all designed by the award-winning architectural firm Hannouche Architects. Homes at Elan  range in size from 1,750 to 2,533 square feet and feature open floor plans, high ceilings, and plenty of natural light. Many of the detached homes have private pools and spas. The community offers a number of amenities, including a community pool with a lounge deck, a dog park, and a bocce ball court.
